Ivan Zhdanov is the director of Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), an organization founded by the late Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. Before, Zhdanov was FBK's lawyer and legal department's head.
FBK promised to help people detained at the protests it organized find justice at the European Court of Human Rights. On Telegram, FBK said they won 777 cases since 2017, mostly complaints concerning detentions at protest rallies in Russia, with a total award of €3 081 200.
